OOTD and Farewells!

Today was bittersweet. It was not only my last sunday here in MN for a while, but it was also one of my good friend Natalie's last Sunday here. I met her last year at my Baptism and we have been really close ever since. That's the thing about the Church. When you meet friends, they are most likely forever friends. Even if you don't see them for a few years you will still be as close as ever!
So we went to her farewell talk. It was amazing! She made so many amazing and useful scriptural references and conference talks from Apostles. It was such a spiritual morning! Rachel and I went, and though we missed Sunday School and Relief Society at the YSA Ward it was so worth it. I think my favorite scripture she shared would have to be Mormon 5:23:

"23 Know ye not that ye are in the hands of God? Know ye not that he hath all power, and at his great command the earth shall be rolled together as a scroll?"

So powerful. She is going to be an AMAZING missionary. I know it!!

And to end, our outfits:

I didn't get a pic of her shoes but they were SO CUTE.

Necklace (courtesy of Kasey's Kitchen Instagram store!)

I love this necklace. I bought it from Kasey's (of Kasey's Kitchen) Instagram. She had them for sale this week and I have been DYING to find them. I had never heard of Kasey before finding her on Instagram. The foodie in me immediately fell in love with all of her food posts. So addictive! And recently I have been getting into her blog! It's pretty neat. Anywho! She shipped out the necklace in an extremely timely manner, as I was worried about not getting it in time since I was leaving. Like I said: I love it!

It has been a great Sunday. I hope it has been for you as well!

Peace,

Natalie
