{Recipe}: Breaded Zuccini

The chef Louisa is back with another recipe. What you will need is:

-Zucchini, quartered
-Seasoned bread crumbs (or Keebler crackers crushed) 
-Egg (whisked) 
-Wok pan with oil

Add your seasoning to your bread crumbs:

Chop up your Zucchini:
(Look how BIG this zucchini is!)

Coat with egg first, then your bread crumbs. 

Heat your oil and add your zucchini-

Flip occasionally:

And there you have it! Because we used salt free seasoning, we added salt to taste. It turned out really good!
